RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you change your mind and no longer want a Product you purchased from General Mowers , we will happily accept returns where the Product is in a new, fully functional, unused, undamaged condition and in its original packaging, within 7 days from the date of collection.

All returns for online orders must be processed by first contacting staff at General Mowers ;

Cancellations

If for any reason you change your mind after placing an online order and no longer want an item you have purchased from General Mowers, prior to collecting your order, we will happily cancel the order and process a refund.

The Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
