This listing is for the Silky Japan Zubat Handle.

This product can be used as a replacement handle to suit any of the Zubat hand saws and the Zubat pole saws.

Simply unscrew the 2 red screws on the Zubat pole saw or hand saw.  Slide both sides of the screws out.  The screws are cylinder screws.  (Don’t forget to put the washers somewhere safe as they are easy to lose.) If you are having difficulty getting the screws out, use a pen or some such thing to push the cylinder part of the screw out.

Once the screws are all out slide the blade out of the old handle.  You should have 2 cylinder sides, 2 screw sides and 2 washers.

If you are turning the pole saw into a hand saw you will be removing the blade from the silver pipe.  You will want to pull the blade out in a semi-circle motion also.

Now insert your new blade into the handle in the same manner, a semi-circle motion.  Once in place insert the cylinder side of the screws, then lay the washers in place and then the screw side of the screws.  Tighten well and enjoy using this fantastic saw.
