Description
One of the most popular Honda horizontal engines on the market. This engine is powerful, easy to start, reliable, and a source of 4-stroke power you can trust. It is commonly used on a range of equipment including pressure washers, tillers, agricultural equipment, forestry equipment, construction equipment, water pumps and more.
- 1″ straight shaft – keyway
- Electric start and recoil
- Commercial use
If you have demanding conditions and need the best in the business, look no further than the Honda GX series. It features a digital CDI ignition system with variable timing, precision camshaft design for precise valve timing and an OHV design, which all combine for a more fuel-efficient, higher-performing engine.
This engine is smooth in operation with a forged steel crankshaft, helical-cut gears, and an improved camshaft and muffler that reduce overall engine noise. Protected by an oil alert and dual-element air cleaner, you can be assured Honda is doing its best to increase the durability of this engine. The electric start, when connected to a battery, means you can easily and conveniently stop and start the engine via a key. A cast-iron cylinder bore means it can withstand long hours of use in some of the harshest conditions.
