Description
POTATORE are professional straight-striking branch cutters. The special shape of the cutting head allows this branch cutter to reach even the closest and innermost branches.
The movement, assisted by the lever mechanism with an S-shaped tie-rod, allows POTATORE branch cutters to cut branches up to 45 mm in diameter with minimum effort and no kick-back. The special construction of these branch cutters provides a better handle opening to cutting capability ratio.
They are available in two sizes: 60 and 80 cm.
The POTATORE branch cutter’s handles are made of oval extruded aluminium capable of supporting extreme tension. The anodised surface treatment makes the branch cutters last longer, and two non-slip grips complete the tool.
The blade and S tie-rod (with bush) are hot-forged from high-carbon steel. The hot-forged light aluminium counter-blade has a lifetime guarantee against breakage, and its anodised surface treatment increases resistance over time.
These professional branch cutters weigh from 960 to 1,140 g depending on size.
Like all other pruning tools manufactured by Castellari, these branch cutters are completely interchangeable.
The POTATORE 60 model is primarily used for grape harvesting, while the POTATORE 80 is specially designed for olive and fruit orchards (kiwi and peach trees).
