Description
The Silky Forester telescopic pole saw is a lightweight, oval-shaped telescopic pole saw. Its colour makes it easy to see if left outside and its light weight means anybody can use it; it is even light enough to climb with. The blade is 38cm long and the teeth are impulse hardened on the cutting tips, which keeps the blade sharper for longer. The average home gardener will probably never need to replace this blade.
Blade
The Forester blades have an impulse-hardened curved design and MIRAI-ME (smooth cutting) style teeth. Precision-ground and razor-sharp, these teeth offer a fast, clean and extremely smooth cutting action, so the branch looks like it has received a light sanding after cutting. The taper-ground profile reduces friction, allowing the teeth to make a larger hole than the blade, which makes cutting easier and faster. With its curved design the blade is ideal for pruning branches in high or low positions. The Forester comes with a black rigid-plastic blade cover that locks onto the blade.
Pole
The Silky Forester is designed for both professional and home users. Its oval shape provides precise control over the direction of the blade, especially when cutting high, and reduces the risk of bending and breaking. The poles have a double-locking system of pins/buttons and friction clamps to ensure structural rigidity, allowing 100% of the effort at the handle to be transferred to the blade. Spring-loaded locking buttons allow multiple length adjustments and safety friction clamps hold the extensions firmly in place. The base pole has a pole-end shock absorber and an award-winning GOM rubber handle. All parts are replaceable and available.

Silky limited lifetime warranty
Silky saws sold in Australia through ATC Products Pty Ltd or Gardens and Trees Pty Ltd and/or its related sales are covered by Silky’s limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and construction.
The limited lifetime warranty covers errors in material and construction. This does not include damage caused by transportation, misuse, abuse, and/or normal wear and tear on wearing parts.
The product must be handed in to the nearest sales or service outlet to undergo a warranty evaluation. Shipping and handling costs are not covered by the warranty. A product that qualifies for warranty assessment will be repaired first, if possible. This warranty applies for non-commercial use only.
